- Description: We are looking for someone to design and build a real estate website with the following characteristics:
1. Where people can add or edit a property for sale.
2. They should be able to easily upload images, details (description) of properties and youtube video or virtual tour.
3. We also would like to make podcasts, videos,mp3s available for the users to listen to.
4. RSS feeds and a possibility to download to ipod.
5. We also need this to be a membership site where in addition to free info we also provide member content specialized for a fee.
6. It can be based on Joomla and/or "open realty" software - http://www.open-realty.org/.
7. I also need you to post about 50 listings on that site from: http://ontario-home-builder.com/Lots_For_Sale_In_Ontario.html. It is just a matter of copy and paste.
8. On the home page, this website should have revolving picture gallery "Featured Properties".
9. This real estate site will only list lots in Ontario Canada.
10. I would like it to be a combination of the following sites:
http://www.realtor.com/
http://www.2ontario.com/orea/home.asp
http://www.real-estate-shopping.com/PostPremiumX.php
http://www.myproperty.com/home.php
http://www.loopnet.com/
(This is used just as a reference.)
11. I would like a clean design.
12. It should have featured properties similar to: http://www.realtor.com/
13. It should have clickable Ontario map similar to: http://www.2ontario.com/orea/home.asp
14. It should have buttons for "free Listing" "realtor log-in" and "featured properties like http://www.real-estate-shopping.com/PostPremiumX.php
15. I really like http://www.myproperty.com/home.php - nice and clean. Top menu is o.k. Instead of that green background it should either have picture gallery for featured properties or a map of Ontario that is divided into clickable area.
