PLEASE NOTE, I am looking for UK BASED programmers only, for the simple purpose of commmunication, as i have had numerous problems dealing with foreign programmers (no offence intended).

The Project.

There is a website called www.momentville.com that allows visitors to create their own wedding website, which once created allows visitors to their site to :

share stories, photos, videos and blogs.
Site creators can easily add Guestbooks, RSVPs, Polls, create their own theme.

What I want is a site created that will do all that this site allows with the addition of a couple of extra features.

I need the ability to charge site creators/users to create their wedding pages/site via paypal.

I need the addition of a wedding gift list function (see whattogive.com) as this is how i would like the layout and system to work.

I want the ability to add my own themes to the system.

Even better would be having this system built around the joomla framework as I am very familiar with that.

Please can you supply me with quotes for the above project. payment will be made upon completion via paypal.
