I am looking for a qualified, experienced writer to author an EBook about DIY (Do it yourself) Loan Modification. 35-50 Pages minimum.
Book must have an ecover and title and me as the author. It should educate homeowners on the current housing crisis. Ask questions to find out if they fall into that category and then tell them steps and helpful tips they should take to do a modification on their own. It should warn them of some of the pitfalls to watch out for with the lenders such as disclosing to much household debt (food, gas, entertainment, clothing etc. The book should include useful forms that people can use when submitting their information to their lenders such as hardship letter, financial statement etc (see attached) The main purpose for this book is to give it away for free to people that fill out a form on our website and for people that reply to a squeeze page. The Squeeze Page will be used in Google PPC. I will be posting the squeeze page project on this site once the book is complete. All copyrights to the book will be granted to me and my company.
