I'm developing an Iphone app and would like to get a quote for the following:

1) App icon, both for the store and the app itself. I've already got an idea drawn, know exactly what I want, I just don't have the skills to execute.
2) Loading screen for the app. Again, I've already got an idea drawn up, but I'd like it refined.

I'd love to hear a quote for just the icon and another for both.

Please provide a portfolio of past work, especially if they're iphone app icons.
