Basically, I need to create a cash back website. The idea is that when a member signs up, he or she will be given a unique tracking ID. When he/she clicks through an affiliate link provided by a third party (like cj.com or tradedoubler.com) to go to a merchant site and make purchase. The purchase will be tracked and a preset percentage of the total value will be credited to that user.

This need to be a fully functional site, could be a clone of www.fatwallet.com, or www.ebates.com or www.bigcrumbs.com.

Major requirements:

1) Be able to track real member's purchases. They often click a link but don't make any purchase.

2) Admin is able to set % of cashback and this will be calculated Automatically when members make purchases.

3) AUTOMATICALLY send money to member's payment provider (Alertpay or Paypal) after a preset time frame (i.e 3 months after purchase and/or total amount of purchases reach a minimum value (i.e $5). That means I don't have to MANUALLY track each purchase ID with each member and use a calculator to calculate the cashback they receive, and then send them by hand. This MUST be done AUTOMATICALLY.

4) MUST work with Amazon, Ebay and other DIRECT affiliate programs (by DIRECT, I mean not going through a THIRD party like cj.com or tradedoubler.com)

5) Referral program where members can go out and refer other new member and receive % on their referral purchase

6) Search engine optimiation with my chosen Keyword
