I am looking for both web and graphic design to be done on www.linkedworking.com.

The work is as follows:

I want a graphic designed that will include my icontact email signup form

Please see email sign up image on www.marismith.com as an example of what I want mine to look like.

Please note how I would like mine to look:

On the bottom half of the image I want to read the word “Enter” before “First Name:” and the word “Enter” before “Email” and I want the “Address” word to be taken out. I also want the words “Enter your name and email to receive this Free ebook here” to be directly above the text box shown.

On the upper right half of this image I want it to read: “Top 10 Ways To Generate Leads, Find A Job, and Make Money On LinkedIn!!!”

On the upper left side of this image, I want you to replace the book image with the (3D cover ebook image attached)

Take out the text on that image, and replace it with: “Top 10 Ways To Generate Leads, Find A Job, and Make Money On LinkedIn!!!”

Add this logo to the top of the book image: (LW.Horizantal image) attached

And replace the lower image with the image from the top of this image: (Linkedworking.back.jpg)

Once this image is completed I will need you to import this onto my wordpress theme at www.linkedworking.com

It should replace the image on the right of the home page.
