I would like someone to program a jobs web site for me. It needs to be a site were visitors can pay to register and then create a profile and resume to be displayed on the site.

I need three areas. One area is for the job seekers. They pay to sign up and then they can login to their area to build and post their profiles and resumes. Another area is the for employers. The employers do not have to pay but they still register. Then they can login to their area and search for and view the profiles and resumes posted by the job seekers. The last area is the Admin area that controls all aspects of the site.

The site needs all of the typical stuff like a lost password form that members can use to retrieve lost usernames and passwords. It needs an integrated payment page with either PayPal or Google for the job seekers. The employers registration page needs to have an email validation program that allows them to register but does not activate their accounts until they click through a link in an email message automatically sent to them. This link then activates their accounts so they can login. There needs to be a search engine so employers can search for and find the job seekers by searching for names, city/states/ and/or resume key words. And the resume builder needs to create a slick professional looking resume using several forms and text fields to arrange the resume data on their profile web page.

Those are the main areas. But essentially, I want a job web site like hotjobs.com, monster.com, and careerbuilder.com.
