- Description: We need some help with an Excel function that would delete the entire row(s) based on values of certain cells of those rows. It could be done in one or two steps as below:
1. A dialog box pops up. Enter the column to be checked (A, B, C, D ...) in a blank space.
2. Next, it should ask if the value to be checked is a string (and then blank for the string) OR a range of numerical values (followed by 2 blanks to get the start and end numbers of the range).
Then, all the rows based on that criteria should be deleted.
This should be fairly simple for someone familiar with excel. PMB any questions or concerns before bidding on the project. - Tags:
