This project is ONLY for experienced Drupal 6.x programmers. You must be able to show specific examples of modules that you've created or helped to create in Drupal 6.x in order to win this contract. If you don't know what Drupal is, this is not a project for you!

This project is to be designed for use in Drupal version 6.9.

The developer chosen will have an opportunity to design additional modules for us when this one is completed.

Trellis Desk a free helpdesk package that runs on PHP 5.x and mySQL (http://www.accord5.com/trellis).

The module and all finished code will be copyright property of the client.

Payment will be placed in escrow, and portions released at agreed upon milestones.

Goals
-----

1) Create a Drupal 6.x module to exactly emulate all features of Trellis Desk (see above).
2) Features of the module (admin, user, etc) must be able to be restricted by user type.
3) A help desk ticket must be a content type.
4) Module should be easy to install without having to modify or patch any core Drupal files.
5) May utilize existing public domain add-on modules if necessary (CCK, Views, etc.)
