***Fully Functioning Buyer/Seller Networking Sales Site Needed***

We currently have a site that is coded using VB.net (Windows 2003). When this project is completed, the majority of the functioning will be different than it is currently. We are looking for someone who can make all required changes to our current site, OR start from scratch using VB.net or another quality type of programming. We simply want a VERY CLEAN looking, fully functional site with clean code.

We have detailed specification for the site, including site layout/function flowcharts, and individual page navigation and layout. For a good programmer, there is lots of direction. We require that the site be designed (based on general layout and graphics) and developed (based on needed functioning).

The site is designed to include the following functions:

- A "Search" function for items, and a "sort items" function once searched (basic), similar to ebay and scriptlance.

- A my cart function that keeps track of all items, then splits the order, sending emails with order details to individual sellers. (sale is actually processed on sellers end - we are just the messengers)

- Basic log-in, log-out, sign-up functions.

- A User account back office - Where the user can:
*Access and edit their profile
*View their personal order history (as a buyer)
*Access their wish list and send to email
*Access and edit their store (as a seller), including:
Store Information (text, logo, etc.)
Item Information (text, embedded videos,
images, shipping info., Payment
Methods, etc.)
*Services information (one service offered currently)

- Front end processing of services - Paypal Integration (straight forward)

- Processing of automated confirmation emails.

- An administrative back-office for processing service orders, updating automated emails, sending emails, and accessing and editing all individual user account data.

We also want to implement a seller feedback system whereby buyers can leave comments and rate their experience with the seller once an item has been purchased.

We are looking for someone who can add seamless touches, and bring their experience to the table. We are very open to changes, adjustments and additions as long as they improve the sites objective.

We will provide graphics and main text.

The site must be tested for all bugs, prior to handing it over to us. We expect original, quality coding.

Payment will be split into two - half upon half of the work being completed (approx.) and the other half upon completion (no bugs).
