- Description: For a project we need a base client/server framework for TCP/IP and UDP communication in the form of messaging.
The server needs to accept multiple connections simultaniously. The client should have a message looper class to receive and send messages to and from the server. Server services need to be able to communicate with other server instances (it then acts like a client).
The messaging should be able to send over files (download) as well.
We also need to class to download a file from a given location, to do HTTP communication.
All work will be under NDA. The server needs to run on Linux (CentOS preferred), the client is cross-platform. We can provide the base classes for threading, locking and some other related classes/headers. - Tags:
