I need a simple social bookmarking tool which have the following feature:

1. Able to register or sign up for each bookmarking site, I only need to provide 1 username, password and the rest of the required information and it will automatically register for all site
2. Ability to spin each title and description I provided, for example, I will use {we|I|all} and it will pick randomly on what's inside the bracket and spin automatically.
3. Automatically submitted my website url, description, title to each bookmarking site.
4. Prompt out for captcha if needed.
5. Ability for me to add more social bookmarking site aside from what I am having.
6. Having a screen for me to see the submission process.
7. Generate a simple report for me which site had been successfully submitted and which one had failed.
8. Ability to submit multiple url per run.
9. Able to add tags to the submission.

I am having 100 social bookmarking site to add to the tools right now, you must make sure that all of that all my website, url and description will be submitted successfully to all 100 sites right now.

Example of social bookmarking site is like digg, stumbleupon, etc.

i will have all right, exclusive rights for this tool. You cannot sell it to others after it is completed.

My budget is $50 for this, please bid within budget.

I preferred this to be standalone tool on windows working on xp or vista.
