I need a module for Cubecart 3 that will calculate shipping (delivery charge) based on the zip code of the customer. The product we deliver is sold by the ton. So the cost for a given zip code might be $40 for the first ton and $20 for each additional ton.

I would be ok with filling in the data for the chart to reflect the zip codes and costs for the first and subsequent tons.

The qty field would be equal to a ton. So if I select QTY 2 of a product I am saying that I want 2 tons and to calculate the delivery the system would need to lookup the costs based on the zip code I entered. in the calculations it would need to know that the the delivery cost for the 1st ton is one price and each additional ton is another price.

Example. If I order 4 tons and the shipping cost is $50 for the first ton and $20 for each additional ton, the total shipping cost would be $110 ($50 for the 1st ton + $60 for the 3 additional tons)
