This is an ongoing job.

I need someone to create capture pages for my team as they join.
You will receive their photo which you will superimpose in a banner/header as sample attached. Also you will need to include their youtube video on their page. You will be given short text/copy to include on page.

Members will need to be able to copy and paste their aweber email autoresponder webform (it is a html code)on the page to allow prospects to enter their name and email address to receive follow up emails.

Please explain how it will be hosted or instructions on how a member can host it themselves fairly cheap.

Must be extremely reliable with quick turnaround time for each page (24-72 hours)All I would need is the actual page design wth custom banner via html code.

I will email (whoever will be doing the project) the photo, youtube code, and text from each member which will only be about a paragraph or less with a headline......all I need is the completed design.


The member when then watch a video showing how to copy and paste that html code along with their aweber, freeautobot or get response webform code to either weebly.com, blinkweb.com
