Web developer needed:

We are looking for a web developer who is skilled in php and flash editing / integration (This is essential)

We have a flash template which requires editing and build our site to be able to handle the following.

A content management Web site uses a database to feed all the information to the site. Allowing us to add/modify/delete any and all content from your site through an admin panel.

We also would need to set up a billing component where we could choose to have current vendors billed 90, 60 and then 30 days before their subscription expires. If they don't pay then they would be deleted. They would be sent a link to pay for their subscription/ad on-line.

Visitors to the site would be able to search by categories and pull up a list of participating vendors and all their contact information as well as profiles if they chose to buy that option.
