Hi there, I am looking for an seo friendly property portal to be designed for the letting industry. This will allow letting agents to log onto the back end and load up their properties to the portal. in addition to listing the properties on this portal, the system will automatically upload to other website portals like righmove.co.uk (initially 3 portals, but could be more) with their own datafeed.

When tenant view properties and express interest, they will fill in basic details and this will be sent to the relevant letting agents and stored on a tenant database. Tenants will also be able to store their details and criteria and will get automatic updates of properties that meet this criteria, by email and/or text message.

Prospective landlords can also search for agents on site and email individual letting agents or all for enquires. This will be stored on a database as well.

There is also to be a voting set up for letting agents to be able to vote about a subject or topic. There would be a basic forum/ blog put on this part to allow agents to place their thought on the subject before they vote. The vote would be yes/no/don't know and the result would then be shown for all to see.

The website will also allow for asvertising on site, along with featured letting agents with logos (see website samples below)

The website will be designed in a way that would allow expansion and adaptation
