I would like quotes please for the following:

PDF Management application.

Aim:
Application to manage PDF files, using a database backend to save appended information, to index them for fast recovery, to allow collaboration, to follow a workflow with different users and user security levels.

1) PDF entry
------------------
*This stage allows a user to display a PDF from a folder ("To be processed" folder), and view it within the application.
*The application to rename the PDF to a unique filename.
*User then has a number of text box fields to complete (Category/Date/Supplier/Value/Department etc)
*Application to assign "PDF number" to the PDF - sequential numbering.
*This information is saved to the database for future retrieval

2) PDF Processing
--------------------
*Another user then can bring up the PDF and record by a number of search criteria - Category/Date/Supplier/PDF Number
*Immediately view the previously entered information for the PDF
*Ability to add further details to the database record (such as Authorized Yes/No etc..)



Features:
* Multiple users
* Multiple user levels & rights
* Log user activity
* Email & print PDFs from within application
* Versioning - record changes, change history log
* Create reports - ie. All authorized in the past week etc
