Hello all:

My name is Matt, and I run a small SEO and Website Design company. I'm looking for a part time employee that could go to full time soon. Here's the services I need covered.

1. PHP site modifications and script installations. You should be able to install PHP scripts, set up hosting, mysql databases, etc.

2. Wordpress knowledge and installation experience. Also good if you can build custom wordpress templates.

3. You'll be making modifications to 7 website templates each month and adding new articles and making a few other changes to them. These are AdSense websites.

4. You'll be handling some customer service on my support site.

5. You'll be doing onsite SEO, which is basiclly updating Title, Meta Tags, and making sure the body uses the Keywords.

6. You'll be formatting text, and adding words to websites.

I'm looking for a responsible, on time person to help me 3 days per week, for 5 Hours per day and sometimes longer. Payment will be $12.00 per hour USD and payable via Paypal every 2 weeks.

Here are the requirements for the job.

1. Good at photoshop and dream weaver! You must have some decent design skills.
2. CSS and ability to edit stylesheets.
3. PHP knowledge and how to include variables.
4. Fluent in English. You must be able to communicate by writting and speaking. Looking for someone who can speak clearly as well.
5. Ability to receive payments via paypal.
6. Ability to talk each day via skype regarding the projects were working on.
7. Ability to work extra if needed.
8. Not Lazy and goes above and above and beyond to make things happen.

I'm looking for one guy who works out of his home. I'll be hiring right away when I find the right guy. I'm not looking for a company but an individual who is good at work. Also, you'll need to be online from 10:30am my time to 3:30pm my time so that we can talk. We'll track your hours using online software management.

Lastly, if you do a good job and we can continue to grow, you'll quickly move to full time status and will receive a raise. I'm hoping that I can employ a person full time within the next 3 months doing SEO, site design, and a few other things. If you have experience in PPC, that would be a plus as well.

This will start within 20 weeks and is an opportunity for $800+ per month or more.
