- Description: Require a Joomla expert to instal Joomla on client's server.
Nb. we have tried to install Joomla but are getting through to the last step of the install with this error message:
"Warning: file_put_contents(e:\inetpub\vs134086\configuration.php) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in e:\inetpub\vs134086\installation\installer\models\model.php on line 850"
The server is Windows 2003 running IIS6.
2nd part of the project is to modify a template design. I have a PSD file that is based on a modified Joomla template. Some structural elements have been changed from the original template and so requires adjustments to the html and css.
Other modifications are:
add drop down sub-navigation from the left panel navigation.
add a moving "news flash" banner accross the top.
add a scroll bar to a panel of content text.
add a video clip.
Please post any questions you may have. Also please post up past Joomla projects and experience. I am looking for a Joomla expert.
