We are currently looking for somebody to design and build us a website.
The site is to be used to build a database of customers by collecting their details. When customers sign up we would like them to complete the following :
Name
Surname
Sex (male/female)
Date of Birth
Address
Address
Postcode
Mobile Number
Email Address
Password
Once they have completed the above, we would like a basic account to be created to allow customers to sign in (using their email address and password) to update their details.

DATABASE
We will use the database regularly to contact our members either by post, email or SMS message, so we will need to be able to access the database and use the details. Please see the attached file to understand this in more detail.

DESIGN :
We would like the site to have a unique, fresh design. Ideally we would like an original design, and not a template although if you have a template design you feel would be suitable, please let us know. We are also interested to see samples of past design projects you have worked on.

We also already have a logo which we will send to the winning bidder, so you will not need to design one.
We like the use of white and bright colours (like the thinkit.com website), although if you have other ideas, please let us know!!
