Clone Expert Required.

This is a website that is seeking to grow into a yahoo clone and portal for a thriving niche and more. We want the front page to start out looking and functioning like a combination of yahoo and eventful, with "widgets" for a control panel that allows you to see: email, facebook, yourttube, myspace age, local weather, etc. choice of the user.

The goal for this project is to start with a dynamic social community with all the bells and whistles. The websites below seem to incorporate all that and we want a community that includes and enterprise start-up page, facebook clone, video sharing(youtube clone), classifieds (some with fees for rich media and photos - see market grabber.com), dating, micro blogging, etc.

The software packages below seem to have a lot of options and this community will have the best, but the front page will look more like yahoo and the community, and other clones will be accessed with banners and links.

These are some Community software that have many features and widgets to choose from. In this case the community is not the primary focus but it's important to have all those features so people can have fun and/or date, sell things (classifieds) ecards, micro blogging and personal blogs. That's why I'm showing the examples below.

The community represents 1/4 of this project or less. The main focus is as a way to connect with People for Social and Professional Contacts, have Face-to-Face get togethers, and find or advertise a Job Board. More "services" will be added at a later date, to round out the portal experience and we must have an easy way to upload and display News (like Yahoo).

The following websites should be looked at carefully for functionality and design. This website will have subscriptions, member features, and administrative features similar to the following. CLONE FOLLOWING:

Think of the front page like eventful with NEWS features. We must have news and adserver functions and CMS that is easy to use. We must be able to have people have their blogs, and easily connect with people in many ways and have a personal calender of "meet-up" groups and events.

The adserver must display local ads sorted by member zip or served by IP. There must be control panels for advertisers to have accounts and uploads ads and rich media and be charged for ads. There must be chargeable job board that is as professional looking as Monster.com, career Builder or Hot Jobs. The wesite needs to look good, connect people professionally and Socially and have charegable features and administration. This will require a programmer team with experience with a similar website with similar features that are both feature rich and have administrative features that are chargable and offer stats for advertisers and users.

Please include links that directly relate to this type of job. At this time I do not want to look at your entire portfolio. This job will go to someone who clearly understands the requirements and we will create a 4-part escrow. Please be willing to launch the website in 4 working phases and we will release the escrow after each phase is complete. Communications is important so please tell us somthing about how you work related to communications and how you organize the progression of work.

You can choose/recommend the "best" a ddtabase. We were not sure which one to choose from the list. This is a job for a team and will require a graphic artist to make sure it looks good. Logos will be provided.
