I am looking for a swoopo.com/cent-auction.com clone with all of the following features:
-color scheme should be changeable
-every new sign up receives 1 free bid/no duplicate sign ups
-each bid will raise auction price by 0.01
-each bid under 1:00 minute will extend auction 0:15 seconds
-admin page must be user friendly:
-auction should be automatically posted once admin uploads photo and description, sets fixed auction price, sets max auction end date
-admin allowed to give out free bids to members
-admin sees who wins auction
-admin sees which winners have paid for items
-admin can set number of active auctions
-admin must have accounting functions as swoopo has
-admin must have gateway integration (PayPal is a must)
-an area at the bottom of every page to integrate google ads
-admin must have payment gate
-possible logo creation
