I need a website similar to photofunia.com (or funphotobox.com and facedub.com). I'm posting this again, as 3 programmers of the initial project are not responding.

The site should have the following functions.

- at least have 20 photos to choose from
- a simple 3 step flow (select effect, upload, download)
- Face detection for resize and capture the head from user's photo
- User's face with basic background pattern or effect (like existing photofunia)
- upload photo function (ajax) or load from webadress
- auto adjust size of user's photo
- gallery of generated photos with comment function (SEO optimized)
- easy template (we want to edit the style)
- final photo save to disk, save as avatar, publish function
- optional host photo somewhere else (rapidshare)
- msn/google/yahoo invite friend function with the photos
- email to friend function
- Zoomview (flash, when hover over the final photo)
- Web 2.0 layout
- language templates (development language should be english, but we want to add more languages)

Hosting on PHP5 MySQL, Linux environment, developer need some skills with imagemagick (http://www.imagemagick.org/Usage/photos/ )

- we send you the site where the project should run
- you deliver a non functional mockup of the 3 step flow
- we agree and then you should start programming the application.
- script should be delivered with a installation instruction
