I am looking for a snooker game to be programmed, much like iSnooker but that has a fair few bugs, I want the game to have not many, if any, bugs at all.

Downloadable .exe file that is run client side from their local desktop and connects to our server.

Membership System based on payments (monthly, quarterly, yearly) membership codes purchased from our website.

Free 14 day trial accounts per IP.

Virtual Cash system, earn cash per game won and purchase cues, text colours etc.

Elo ranking system

Automatic tournament system/bot to setup tournaments every 3 hours.

Lobby to chat in along with an invite system, certain setup features which will be discussed further with the programmer chosen.

Full admin/moderator functions such as warning, banning, muting etc.

Some other features may be needed however at this time, there are no other features known.
