	Description:	Hello everyone, I would like to add a Wordpress job board to my site. I have seen themes that do this, but I want a custom theme. Basically, all it needs to do is show the jobs available in a nice looking way, and allow people to post new jobs. It should be all automatic, and after the poster pays their $199 or whatever the fee is, the ad is posted. Something like this http://www.dailywp.com/jobpress-wordpress-theme/ but I have some customization needed. All features of the theme above plus: - allow users to apply for jobs on site, or through custom instructions (right now, it just allows people to enter contact info...I would like them to pick onsite application option or enter custom contact details or both). Basic online application form with a resume upload that emails information to job poster. - Statistics for postings, like total views. - Search that includes option to order by payrate, like by highest paying jobs to lowest paying jobs. This theme will be used on my site and will also be sold online. That means I need top quality that will work on all Wordpress installs (the current version). I am also willing to include a percentage share from sell of the theme, along with your base bid. Please let me know if you have any questions! Thanks!
