I need a pretty simple WordPress plug-in created. I am developing simple website/blogs for a large number of people using WordPress and need the ability to enter in author/site owner specific information and have it display on the sites front end like an extended author bio.

Requirements:

BACK END - ADMIN SIDE
- plug-in should be easily installed, minimal set-up required
- approximately 10-15 fields of information (height, weight, school, team name, position played etc.)
- info needs to be easily changed by the author - preferably from the author profile page, but have also considered the idea of a widget

FRONT END - USER FACING
- info needs to be easy to integrate into WordPress templates - prefer tokens (something like %HEIGHT%) that can be plugged into template
