    I would like to have a custom Wordpress theme designed that I can sell on my website (I will have the copyright once the theme & project is completed). I can change colors /header /some css, but need the coding done. I'm looking for a magazine style, 3 column widget ready theme. This can lead to more custom themes when this project is completed according to the project description.
