I need an associate to build a regular work flow. To start with, I need a Php/MySql based online system that mainly allows to log in, type matter, insert images and send to given email. The design will come into the play at a later stage. Currently I need just the functional prototype. Following are pointwise features of the said system.

0. System should have a module to manage login/password.
1. System should allow users to safely login and work.
2. Users can create new emails or open old ones.
3. Users can save the emails they are working on.
4. Users should be able to type rich text.
5. Users should be able to select or upload images to insert.
6. Users should be able to specify attachments.
7. Users should be able to send to given emails.
8. Email should properly reach and open across various clients.
9. System should keep a full log of saved and sent messages.

Here are the prerequisites for the individual/company bidding for this project.
