I need a blog imbedded in a PHP application, that allows multi-users on a single website. Specifically I want to have a page describing a given expert and then a blog area on the same page where that expert can create an ongoing blog of his subject matter. The blog should be searchable and be able to import graphics by the specific expert. I want to be able to have the submitted blog material routed to an editors desk for delayed publication or filtered for offensive content.
