I am looking to develop an fbx viewer for the iphone, that can display a 3d model and animation.

The user will have the ability to pick which model to view and between a few different animations. The user should be able to loop and pause the animation. Then take a snapshot of the pose and save it as an image.

I have more features but would like to know the cost and time of development to implementation of the project described first.
