- Description: I have a simple webpage that I need to setup with phplist.
I need to setup a opt in form at the right of the page with phplist.
When a visitor submits their name and email, phplist will send a link to the visitor to confirm.
Upon clicking the link to confirm, they will be taken to a page where they can download a free PDF report, and phplist will activate their account.
The webpage will be setup with a hosting account that includes fantastico.
