Update my websites and forums, with graphics (banners, logos etc), create print materials as needed (post cards, fliers, business cards etc.) The person I am looking for must have these skills: Strong Html knowledge Flash Graphic Design Animation (preferred) php (big plus) *Must comprehend English I will also pay you a monthly retainer fee at the end of each month worked, this is on top of your hourly rate. The monthly retainer will be $25. So if your hours total $125 in wages for the month I would pay $150. You would receive the retainer fee even if I don't have projects for you that month. (that will likely not be the case, you will most likely have projects). The retainer fee is to ensure that you keep a portion of your work schedule for me, so that when I have jobs for you you can complete them because you have saved time in your schedule for my projects. I am not interested in someone that has a very busy schedule and would not be able to start working on projects once assigned. Many of the projects will be small to medium edits. I will try to stack them (when possible)so you will have several small projects from me instead of one at a time. *This is a permanent but part-time position. I am looking to fill this position ASAP.
