Hoping I can work with one person/team to accomplish all of the following, I am new to this so if anything I am asking for is not perfect or I am asking too much, let me know. If one person/team can't accomplish these then I will break them up into separate projects. There will be future projects for sure.

1.)
-7 photography website templates

-not required to use just horizontal, want outside border to shift with picture as changes from horizontal to vertical

-must transfer all rights for us to use and sell, no exceptions
-sections to upload video would be nice
-contact pages must go through to email
-must be coded so that someone cannot copy and paste to another site
-need instructions on how to install for someone or may pay fee for you to install
-doesn't need to be huge pictures but not tiny, easy viewing and people being able to load pages are more important
-easy upload for songs
-unlimited galleries
-on a couple have a separate tabs for featured galleries as well
-section to make a payment, see how much they owe
-several text sections with image

2.)
A wedding website for brides and groom, similar to this one: http://jazandwilliewedding.com/ want it to be easy to use and customizable for backend user, will also need instructions on installation and setup

3.)
A bunch of graphic designs (not sure what to call them exactly), must be originals, must be able to obtain in resolution to be printed in photo albums, need to be 300 dpi, need corner edges, picture surroundings like a frame, and other designs: something like these: http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup/arts-and-entertainment/arts-abstract/6382316-floral-design-elements.php?id=6382316
Must transfer all rights to me.

4.)
A self storage site for use of photos and sales, needs to be user friendly, backend friendly, a login page for bride to view information and customize some of her own things...shows her package, what it costs to upgrade or add, allow her to make payments, want a lot available information for her, needs to be able to process credit cards paypal is fine, must be able to make unlimited galleries and subgalleries for multiple clients, password protected, able to offer all kinds of products and keep track of carts, process sales tax and shipping, signup, automatic email responses.... this must be given exclusive rights to use and resell, I will need an information sheet with installation and how to setup
