    PHP form/script that stores data in MySql Database, updates twitter, sends sms, and sends email and possibly updates Facebook status all with the same data

    I have 7 pieces of data that I need to input into a database. When I input those items, I want the form to send and email, send sms, and send an update to my status in twitter with the same information, formated in the following ways (all items in format examples represented by text are text items at their maximum length):

    I want the actions to happen simultaneously when "Submit" is hit on the form. I have the database input working already so all I really need is the additional actions to add to the form.

    I have an API for the SMS service and I can get a REST API for Twitter.
