Create a Web Based program but for now in vb6/.net. Must be able to port to web site driven application,after refined and final beta tested version completed.
Also this program must have all additional features list below.

1. Browse /read Ads from
Craiglist.org,BackPage.com,Newspaper.com all free classified
ads in the world.
Capture all details of Ad and place in Ms Acess database or
MySql.
2. Send Bulk Email to all check box selected buyer/seller of
products/service with customized letters with details from
their Ad.
3. Create personalized letter template with details from
popular Ad posters.
4. Post Ads on Craiglist.org,BackPage.com,Newspaper.com and all
free on-line classified ads in the world.
5 Ability to create new search template for each Classified Ad
service (source1=Craiglist.org,source2=BackPage.com etc)
6. Ability to create new custom Classified Ad service source.
7. Ability to create new search template for each Classified Ad
service
8. Auto pilot, automatically create new Ads with details from
database info based in part from keywords and most used related
Ads.
9. Cloned Ads from multiple sources and create database , see
what Ads are used around the world and ranked popular.
10. Create report showing popular Ads based on category and or
subcategory.
11. Create Ranking system with multiple custom selection
features. Kinda like a customizable formula for creating top
ranking ,based on keywords,most used words all selectable by
checkbox or other methods etc.
12. Ability to prevent Spamming the same buyer/seller on same
AD.
Program must be created in Vb6/ .net for future porting to web base application.
