- Description: I want a document management sharing system like scribd.com or issuu.com (which ever is easiest). Basically you can upload any document which is than converted to a pdf online and can be downloaded or viewed by anyone. They have their api available too, so it wont be a very hard project. the project is straight forward and will have all functions of scribd . com or issuu including web stats admin and banner/ad creator functions. Please dont bid if you dont know how that works and how you will make it. So make sure that you have a fair idea before you bid. no high bidders please. I am a webdeveloper so i know what this project should cost around.
