I need a simple tool that can scrap auction listing with below condition:

* Number of bid is more than or equal to 1 or more ( i can input this)
* Have reach minimum amount of price, this must be editable, where I can input my value to it( eg: $55, $70, etc)
* Have ability for me to choose from date itself, like today, this week, this month or custom date (between which date to another date)


From the scraping result, I need extra function of:

* Display the result in table where I can filter from lowest to highest or vise versa by clicking the column name
* Status of the auction, whether it is closed, open, etc
* Export result to excel & text file
* Advanced search option where I can choose the combination of above result and display what I needed only. For example, option to show the result of today's close auction with minimum bid of 2 and winning bid above $200.



Obviously, I don't own the auction site, I'll let you know which auction site if you're shortlisted.

You can use any language and database as long as it work, preferably php and mysql. Please bid within budget, thanks!
