- Description: I need a Youtube watermarker and uploader.
Here are the features I need:
-Script/program will download given video URL's from Youtube.
-Watermark them with the given text.
-Upload them back to youtube with the description and everything.
This should be a standalone Windows program. You can code it in any platform you like as long as it works fast and good.
My maximum budget is $100 so do not bid more.
