I need a Membership Componente for joomla 1.5.8 native
Requirements:
the component need be installable for every jomla version 1.5.4 and above to current version 1.5.8
Restrict access for selectet Sections and categories with all Articles inside this sections and categories
When a User call a link with restricted access should be the follow scenario
he will be redirected to a page where he can see this is memberarea with the possibility to login if he have a valid membership or he can select from the avaible packages and proceed the payment by paypal,2checkout, moneybookers,epoch,ccbill or worldpay

once the payment is done and checked we need a automatic account generation the login datas username and a password will be send by email to the new user.
usepanel show remaining time and purchased membership give the possibility to upgrade or renew membership

in adminpanel we need follow

add membership plans 1,3,6,12 months ect with a fee for each membership
select the restricted areas (sections categories and below or only section categorie or article all from joomla content)
add promotioncode (% or value)so users get a discount with the promotioncode.
add timereminder where we can select or insert how much days before the membership expire the user will get a email
define emailcontent from send userdata email, reminder email
overview payments
overview memberships
send email to all users send email to inactive users (expired memberships)
this need work with disalow registration because the accounts need be generatet automatic once payment is done and checked
also we need to include a activations field where users need to enter a random serial without this the componente dont work
the serial should be possible for us to generate in the componente we need something so the componente can only be installed with one serial on one server or host
(see example joomsuite) you can generate a trial serial on their website valide for 14 days exactly so we want too)
