Looking to update a facebook.com application that has already been designed in Flash. App Design has been partially completed and integrated into facebook's api. We would like to have a developer finish the project and port it to our custom back-end administration system. Must haves: Facebook API, Google Checkout, PayPal API, PHP, Actionscript, and Flash knowledge. You must also be able to produce results.
