We have a new project that requires a designer and developer.

The project requires a funky / modern feel to it as it's going to be based on the age group of between 16yr old and 35yrs olds.

The website itself needs to be easy to navigate, has some fun / interactive features and would also need to be stable as the site could expect large amounts of visitors.

Below is a basic spec of what features are required:

1)The homepage requires a show reel and current events / news going on
2)Require a content management system for updating the website content
3)A video and photo gallery with admin section for adding media, the photos would need to be watermarked
4)Social community area. For visitors to sign up to, have their own profile etc
5)Mailing list option
6)Invite a friend option and social bookmarking
7)Events calendar
8)Website photo gallery linked to the events calendar
9)Guest list registration for events, maybe linked within the social community section
10)Online ticket sales with payment handling
11)Photo ordering from pictures within the website galleries
12)A news area for interviews, latest's new and blog information
13)A comments wall, i.e. testimonials.

I'm looking for some developers who have completed work similar to this previously. Please can you provide me some examples?
