You will have an excel sheet with data in it. You will have another word doc that will have tables in it. In the tables there will be conditions in form of text. You have to use smart filters to filter the excel data and put up on word doc.

Since one filter can yield many rows in excel, you will have to add rows in the table in the word doc and then insert.

The conditions are simple, and you will have to take care of the sorting too, that too followed by simple text markers.
