- Description: I need a splash page put together where people HAVE TO enter their name and email (I am using Acajoom Pro as newsletter software) before they enter the default joomla home page (ie index.php) of the site. I have all the images/content etc I just need this page built and configured to work when people enter our root domain in their browsers I also want it so that it only appears the first time a person from their specific IP enters the site. Ie subsequent visits it wont show this first page.
