Need to make a Joomla site for leisure, it will be about things to do in a city.

- Site should be multilanguage: 3-4 languages
- Use latest Joomla 1.5 version
- Modules to be used: Joomla Fish for multi-language, SEO module to have smart URLs and metatags for each language.

- ABOUT US: a page about the company with several links on left block sidebar, that will update the content are with text for each of the categories on the left side.
- LEISURE: this is the core of the site. We need to have categories and subcategories for leisure. We should be able to add any of them at any time. They will be listed on the left area, collapse and uncollapse.
a) Each article will be assigned to a category/sub-category.
b) Articles are composed of Header, Sub-header (2-3 lines to describe it), description, any number of photos and youtube videos.
c) At the bottom of each article we'll have related articles. We'll be able to relate articles to other articles or categories.
d) Each article will update title and metatags dynamically, it will have SMART URL as well.

- CONTACT PAGE with form and CAPTCHA code. Dropdown with options to ask for a budget and publicity. We'll have a dropdown with several options. Client will receive a thank you email when they fill up form.

DESIGN: I will send you some page client likes, it has to be elegant, he wants it to have black background, and elegant.

This site will grow and grow later. I need someone with good experience in Joomla and good at design. You'll have more work if this is done correctly.

Need to see good samples of Joomla sites you've done and good design. Design is very important.

BIDDERS: I prefer people from Europe, their design style matches much more the way I want, people from India have another style and look which I don't like much.
