I'm looking for assistance with an for Facebook for communities on Facebook.
I want this application to be similar to Top Friends app but in this case it will display only friends with the same nationality (You will need to explain briefly how you will make this possible).
For example, if you have 150 friends on your profile and 30 of them happened to to be Indian, then I want this app to create a new Top Friend like module on the user's profile with only their Indian friends and the flag of their county.
