PROJECT: Finish an already-begun, almost finished Store Directory/Lookup script. It is about 90% finished, and just needs the web template merged into the PHP, and a couple of extra fields added to import scripts / database.

BACKGROUND: Recently I hired a USA-based programmer to create a Store Directory script, with 2 main parts to it. A client owns an apparel company and the clothes are stocked in various stores across the US, and needed a script that would first extract data from a neatly organised Excel spreadsheet, and then build a database from which visitors can view stores in their area if they type in their zip code. That was Part 1. Sounds simple, right? It is. Part 2: Admin side- where the admin can modify, update, delete, add stores/existing stores.

The developer quoted me a GREAT price, already got started, purchased the $50 Google Zip Code database, and completed 90% of it before suddenly becoming ill and unable to finish the project.

As you can see, it just needs the PHP plugged into the CSS/XHTML.

Please provide quote for FINISHING his project (NOT starting all over again, that is going to take too much time) and going live onto the website so it is ready to be used.
