We have x-cart pro and need to make some changes to it and was wanting a price. We need the subscriptions to act link the url bleow.

Where people who reach there limit there account will be placed on hold untill they upgrade to a diffrent plan or wait untill the next billing date.

We also need it made where sellers can host there files on there own servers if they want to and it will direct them to the url once orderd. (it will also need to hide the real url of the file being hosted.

Let us know how long it will take to make thease changes and how much it will cost.
