Pepco Construction is a company in Kenya that builds roads with its heavy machinery. The owner is on a budget and would like a simple website created. I showed them the FREE templates provided by their webhost, HostGator, and we've decided to "slightly" modify one of them.

We will choose something small and simple (no Flash) and request the selected web "designer" to alter it in the following manner:
1) Add pictures we will supply to replace the very same pic in the template so as not to alter the template's layout.
2) Remove a link(or links) or a page/s from the template since they are mostly overkill for my clients needs. For example, my client only needs About Us, Services, Projects, Contact and of course the Home page.
That's it!
To restate our wishes (or expectations)...
All we (my client, Pepco, and I) require is to use the chosen template which we will let you know shortly, then remove a link or a page here or there and just leave us with a website that has About Us, Services, Projects, Contact & Home pages. You DON'T have to design or create ANYTHING!!! You're just MODIFYING a well-designed template so that we can include written content applicable to Pepco Construction Ltd. :-)
Since they're on a budget, we decided to use the template route and HostGator (as one of the web's biggest web hosting companies) provides tons and tons of FREE templates for its paying customers (like me!).
Who knows...perhaps I should've told them to use Wordpress?? :-)
