I need the following system to be made in PHP and mySQL:

index.php - you need to give the users the possibility to change language, and script needs to read all data from the lang files... For example if someone selects german then german.lng is used. If english then english.lng... Default language should be english. Also, script should set a cookie for the selected language, and if someone changes, then he always gets the selected language for ALL of the programmed scripts (all scripts must check for the language cookie and load the specified language file)

user management system, where users can signup with signup.php using the fields I tell you.
They get a generated username from the system depending on the country, and ID number.

login.php system, where users can login using their generated username and generated password. They can see their stats (based on the sql fields I tell you).

modify.php script where users can change specified fields (not all). script will change modified fields in SQL.

administrator directory (/admin/) - multiple scripts, which are doing the following: on the index.php I can see how many users I have, and some other stats, which I specify. On search.php I can search based on generated username, e-mail address, etc... When found the user, if I click the username it takes me to change.php where I can change anything for that user. On listall.php it lists all users which I have, but only 30/each page. Each username listed with listall.php will have a link to change.php for that username.

SCRIPT MUST BE 100% SQL INJECTION SAFE!!! I will check it and will not release escrow until its safe.

Remember, multi-language is a must. It would be great to have a separate language file for each script (like index-english.lng index-german.lng, signup-english.lng signup-german.lng...), so if a modification is needed I do not have to check thru all langs or all sites...
