I'm a professional photographer based in the LA area looking to commission a template design build. Site is to be Flash, fluid with attention to detail.
I am knowledgeable in HTML, CSS so I don't require any CMS functions so long as editing text-based content and adding/updating photos isn't too complicated via FTP and text-based editor.
I will provide a full PSD mockup of how I want it to look, logo, backgrounds, etc.
